Customer Referral Program Conditions

Welcome to our FLIP Customer Referral Program! The details on this page outline the conditions, rules and guidelines for participating in the program. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1  The Referral Program is open to existing customers who:

  • are in good standing with Flip and has no violations of any existing Terms&Conditions.

1.2  Employees, agents, and representatives of our company, as well as their immediate family members, are eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process

2.1  To make a referral, participants must:

  • share their unique code with friends, family, or colleagues.
  • ensure that the referred individual ("Referred Customer") uses the unique referral code/link during the application or signup process.

5. Customer checks out to complete order – The order is registered with Flip under customer referral program

2.2  It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their referral code is correctly entered during the sign up process. If the referral encountered any issues during the sign up;

  • They may contact Flip to assign the referral code to the new account or
  • If the account has an incorrect referral code.

You may amend the referral code by contacting Flip for this request within 7 days of the sign up.

3. Referral Count

3.1  Referral is considered an active referral once your referral has an active nbn connection. It will be counted as an active referral on the last day of the month.

3.2  Referrals will only be counted if the referred account is a new customer who has not previously registered or used our services.

3.3  Each referred account is counted as a single referral. Even if an account has multiple nbn services, it will still be considered as one referral.

3.4  If your referral cancels their service at any time, your active referral count will be decremented on the last day of that month.

3.5  Assessment for eligibility of your Referral Rewards will be made on the last day of the month.

4. Referral Rewards

4.1  Eligible referrers will receive rewards as specified under the “Referral Program.” If you meet the tier level, your next month's NBN service will be discounted or fully waived based on your eligibility.

4.2  Eligibility applies to one plan per customer account. For example, if you have three NBN connections on your account and meet the tier requirement, only one plan can be availed for the discount or free service offer.

4.3  Eligibility tiers and requirement are as follows:

  • Tier 1: Free NBN12/25 service with 6 nbn referrals accounts.
  • Tier 2: Free NBN50 service with 12 nbn referrals accounts. (Get 50% off NBN50 at 6 nbn referrals)
  • Tier 3: Free NBN100 service with 18 nbn referrals accounts. (Get 50% off NBN100 at 9 nbn referrals)
  • Tier 4: Free NBN250 service with 24 nbn referrals accounts. (Get 50% off NBN250 at 12 nbn referrals)

4.4  If your active referral count is decremented, you will no longer meet the free tier requirement. You will be charged for your nbn service next month.

  • If you are still eligible for a lower free nbn tier service, you will need to downgrade your nbn service to match the free service in order to have the service for free. You will need to submit a downgrade requests from your online account before the end of the month.

4.5  Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

5. Program Restrictions

5.1  Participants are prohibited from:

  • referring themselves or creating duplicate accounts.
  • engaging in fraudulent or dishonest practices to earn rewards.
  • using spam or unsolicited communications to promote referral codes.

5.2  The referral program cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other promotions, including but not limited to dealer programs.

6. Program Modifications and Termination

6.1  We reserve the right to:

  • modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • disqualify participants who violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

6.2  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the referral program at our sole discretion at any time.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1  Participants and referred customers agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the referral program.

7.2  Personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability and Disputes

8.1  Flip are not responsible for:

  • Any loss or damage resulting from participation in the program.
  • Technical issues or errors that may prevent proper tracking of referrals.

8.2  Any disputes arising from the referral program will be resolved at our sole discretion. Our decision will be final and binding.
