What happens if I can’t/don’t make a payment on the due date?

First bill- If payment is not successful on the connection date, you’ll be advised by sms and will have 3 days to pay before your service may be disrupted. Please note that technical support may not be available until payment is received.

For future bills where payment is not received by the due date, you may be charged a late fee of $10.
